Clinical Supervision
If you are looking for feedback and guidance in your counseling practice, I am an approved Clinical Supervisor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. Regardless of how long we have been therapists, we are always growing and refining our practice. Having a safe space to staff your clients will help you feel more confident as a clinician and provide quality care.

EMDR Consultation
I drank the EMDR Kool-Aid and not only do I want to help clients find healing with it, I want to help clinicians feel more confident using it. If you’ve attended EMDR basic training, you know there are countless moments of pause that arise as you begin to use EMDR with your clients.
Did I choose the right target? Is this client ready for EMDR? Should I use a cognitive interweave? I feel stuck. Is this dissociation? Did the client actually clear the memory? We can go on and on…
